Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Kleanledger, billed monthly at ₦8,000 through Paystack. Please read it before subscribing.
1. Free trial
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. You will not be charged during the trial. No card or payment is required to start a trial.
2. Monthly billing
Once you choose to subscribe, your card is billed ₦8,000 at the start of each monthly billing cycle through Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
3. General refund policy
Because Kleanledger is a digital subscription service that grants immediate access to the full application, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. This includes:
- Partial-month usage if you cancel partway through a billing cycle
- Renewal charges for a cycle you did not cancel before the renewal date
If you cancel your subscription, you'll keep access until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for we simply won't charge you again after that.
4. When we will issue a refund
We will review and may issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:
- You were charged due to a billing error or duplicate charge on our end
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing cycle
- You were charged after a cancellation request that we failed to process correctly
To request a refund under any of these circumstances, email support@kleanledger.com within 7 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction reference from your Paystack receipt. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back to the original card used for payment, via Paystack. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, and this timeline is set by Paystack and your card issuer rather than by us.
6. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals it does not automatically issue a refund for the current cycle (see section 3).
